Warehousing

Our logistic services include also warehousing and related services. We can offer warehousing in modern storage facilities. Big advantage of available warehouses is their location near highways. The warehouses are equipped with rack system which facilitates warehousing of various palletised goods. Warehousing records are computerised with the help of palette addresses marked by printed bar codes. The warehouses include ramps for loading/unloading of small trucks or trailers. The warehouses are heated by hot air space heaters. Electronic safeguarding devices are installed and there is a non-stop watching service for 24 hours a day.

Except of standard warehousing, we are able to offer various additional services adapted to customer needs. These services include assemblage, de-grouping, packing/wrapping, labelling and other operations according to customer requirements. Warehouses are operated in a two-shift operation mode and we are therefore able to respond to urgent customer requests in very short time. Material handling is performed by forklift trucks with various loading and lifting capacities.

Another service related to the storage of goods is so called cross docking and we are able to cover the whole territory of the Czech Republic. Within this service, the goods can be distributed in any volume from small vans to jumbo trailers. The delivery time is less than 24 hours and the frequency of distribution can be specified by customer. In this case the goods are forwarded directly from the warehouse to the specified location without intermediate warehousing or reloading.

We are ready to satisfy customer needs also in case of forwarding small individual packages abroad, across whole Europe. We serve some areas, e.g. Germany, by our own vehicles; other countries are covered by our contractual partners. We always guarantee the service and take the responsibility until the delivery to respective recipient, even if the transport is provided by contractual partners. The goods are picked up and delivered in guaranteed time agreed in advance. We are able to offer the service of tracking and tracing of consignment during forwarding which can be realised in the form of regular reports on the movement of a consignment depending on the duration of transport (there are usually 2 or 3 such reports) or by actual inquiries at our dispatching desk, both by e-mail or phone.
